We are searching for a motivated and dependable Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team in Washington, DC. This role supports daily event operations, customer interaction, and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, breakdown, and coordination of event materials and displays.
Provide attendees with information, guidance, and professional assistance.
Ensure event areas remain organized, clean, and presentable throughout the day.
Help track event materials, inventory, and supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth event flow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
