Healthcare Recruiter - Chicago, IL - Remote

Job Summary:
Ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting for our expanding Healthcare clients throughout the US, primarily school clients, with opportunities including nursing, therapy, and related roles. This individual will have the support of an experienced team of recruiters, sourcers, credentiallers, managers, and a wide variety of recruiting tools to help you reach your goals. This is an excellent opportunity to let your outstanding recruiting skills be rewarded at a publicly traded institution. Overview:

• Full-Time
• Remote

Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings using our ATS and recruiting resources
• Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date paperwork

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience recruiting for roles such as Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapists (PT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Special Education Teachers (SPED), Paraprofessionals, and School Psychologists in school settings
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or school-based staffing
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Organizational skills a must

Salary:

• $55,000-$60,000 annual salary, plus commission structure
