TEACH (Together Educating All Children in Hospitals) is an international not-for-profit organization that provides hands-on STEM educational programs to children in hospitals. Our mission is to create an engaging outlet for children of all ages to explore sciences through fun, interactive experiments.
We offer over 75 different modules that teach children about real-life scientific concepts through activities like making silly putty, building floating boats, inflating balloons with yeast, and creating lava lamps. Founded by students and mentored by Dr. Edward Burns of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, TEACH has served over 3000 children across 30 hospitals internationally with the help of 1000 volunteers.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Advisory Board, which meets periodically and communicates via email and phone. Responsibilities include assisting with fundraising, promoting events, participating in campaigns, and helping develop corporate partnerships. Board members must actively advocate for TEACH and support its growth.
This is a volunteer position, ideal for those interested in education, healthcare, and community service.
