We are looking for a certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in the Payments, Banking, or Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and technical delivery, with the ability to coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and support product teams in backlog management and sprint planning. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Coach and guide teams on the Scrum framework, promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Support product teams in creating and managing a well-defined backlog and release plans. Collaborate with technical delivery teams and apply engineering best practices such as test-driven development and solution integration. Ensure agile processes are followed and Scrum cadences are productive. Apply knowledge of other agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP where appropriate. Required Qualifications Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master in a technical domain. Proven experience in the Payments, Banking, or Cards domain. Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and agile principles. Experience working with technical teams and agile engineering practices. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with additional agile frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP. Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning.
