Partial Hospital Program Receptionist Opportunity -

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The  PHP Receptionist is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full time, Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm position.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and responds to incoming telephone calls, walkie talkie communications and visitors

  • Provides routine organization-related information to callers and visitors

  • Signs for, receives, and routes incoming mail, including courier deliveries

  • Provides back-up clerical support to various departments as assigned

  • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 or more years of related experience
  • Required Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to problem solve and exercise sound time management; professional and caring demeanor; excellent phone and customer services skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and good organizational skills
