We are seeking a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a receptionist preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, electronic health records)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
