About the Practice The practice is known for its high-touch, adult primary care, delivered in an unhurried environment. We serve a limited number of patients, which allows for outstanding care, flexible scheduling, and strong, lasting doctor-patient relationships. Key Features of the Role: Immediate panel of patients to build from

3-day in-office schedule: Tuesday'Thursday

2-day remote schedule: Monday and Friday

Concierge model: no insurance billing, no Medicare

Strong network of top local specialists

What You Bring: Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active Arizona license (or willingness to obtain)

5+ years' experience in adult, family or geriatric primary care

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
