Phlebotomist Opportunities

• Perform precise blood draws and label specimens accurately.

• Communicate the venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Demonstrate proficiency with both straight and butterfly needles.
• Interpret and execute physicians orders accurately.
• Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test orders.
• Verify test requisitions or computer labels against scripts to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transportation and store them at the required temperature.
