About the Role:
As a Showroom Keyholder at Fireworks Supermarkets - Dillon, you will be responsible for performing opening and closing procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience while shopping with us. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize your tasks effectively.

As a Showroom Keyholder, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide our customers with a positive experience. You will also need to have basic math skills to handle cash and credit card payments. Additionally, you will need to be able to multitask and prioritize your tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of fireworks and related products is a plus, but not required. Finally, you will need to be able to maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
