Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed General Contractor position include:- Must have a Florida General Contractor license- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Contractor, preferably with residential construction- Experience with steel materials is highly preferred; modular and shipping container knowledge is a strong plus- Oversee construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring code compliance and quality standards- Submit permits, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate delivery and installation of container homes- Perform construction estimating and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors- Conduct on-site inspections and supervise fabrication at the shop in Pinellas Park- Use or implement project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Slack)- Must be willing to travel locally in the Greater Tampa Bay area (mileage reimbursed)Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
