*Qualifications:*
* Valid Virginia bar license.
* Ability to manage numerous complex legal matters simultaneously.
* Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research, resolving legal matters, drafting correspondence, and adhering to deadlines.
* Exceptional customer service abilities, with prompt responses to all inquiries.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies.
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed throughout the legal process.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as necessary, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
* Maintain accurate records and manage case files in a law office environment.
