Job Title:  Bookkeeper

Location:  Vancouver, Washington

Hours:  Monday – Friday, onsite, 9-5pm

Compensation: $26-$29 per hour

LHH is partnering with a community-focused nonprofit organization in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to making a meaningful impact through its programs and services. The organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support its financial operations and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of its accounting records. Below are more details.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.

• Process accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.

• Support the preparation of financial reports for grants, audits, and board meetings.

 

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
