We are the leading Biohazard/Crime Scene Cleanup Company in Southern California, seeking a highly motivated Biohazard Technician & Driver. If you have experience driving a 12’ box truck (experience with trailers is preferred) and have a background in Biohazard or Restoration Remediation, emergency services, or related fields (e.g., tradesman, first responder, military service, or nursing), we want to hear from you!

PLEASE NOTE : This is not an office job, nor a janitorial position. This is a physical, hands-on role with no set hours, as we operate 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct labor to clean and decontaminate biohazards at scenes of crimes, suicides, unattended deaths, accidents, homeless encampments, infectious disease cleanups, tear gas exposure, and hoarded homes.
  • Safely drive and maintain company trucks and equipment (experience towing a trailer preferred).
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to company and industry standards while documenting all work performed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a flexible schedule and be available on-call 24/7, with a bi-weekly weekend on-call schedule.
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Westlake Village and be able to respond to job sites promptly, including during traffic conditions. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, demolition, or related fields (power tools, trades, etc.) is required.
  • Previous experience in military, emergency services, or as a tradesman is preferred.
  • Experience driving a box truck is required and trailer is preferred.
  • Ability to start early in the morning and work late at night, as needed.
  • Must be punctual and reliable, with a valid driver's license and an insurable motor vehicle record.
  • Must have reliable transportation to the office and job sites, and a working smartphone.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background checks (criminal and motor vehicle) is required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, with compassion and professionalism, with law enforcement, corporate clients, and grieving family members.
  • Must have strong integrity, a solid work ethic, and the ability to manage various aspects of a project.
  • Occasional overnight travel, including multi-day travel, may be required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

This is a physically and emotionally demanding position. You will be addressing highly traumatic and sensitive situations and must be able to work under stress with compassion.
