Position Overview As a Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership by leading a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, coaching and mentoring sales professionals, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals. Implement strategic sales processes to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
