FEES AND FINANCIAL TERMS
The Franchisee shall pay a one time setup fee for setup of the first Franchisee event. This event includes all the operational support provided by the Franchisor to the Franchisee needed to kick off the first Franchisee event.

- Website event ticketing page.
- Website Vendor portal page for vendor/business table signups
- Website Vendor portal page for group
- DigitalPayments setup for Franchisee
- Onsite payments setup (Card, tap, cashapp, cash on site) .
- Social media subpage setup (although promotion will be done using the main media channels/pages e.t.c to give regional event page support while growing)
- 1-3 Initial promo reels targeting the sub region event.
- Digital advertising push service for launch event using existing success techniques. Instagram, TikTok, email blast.(Franchisee pays ad spend)
- Staff sourcing support
- List of all staff positions and market contract prices for target region.
- Gig/job Advert templates for all staff positions
- Independent contract templates for all hired staff positions.
- Venue Sourcing support
- Online Venue Search for outdoor and indoor compatible venues. Franchisee, performs venue visits.
- Closing venue deals, and bending for the best outcomes.
- Closing alcohol deals.
- Check in Desk brand banners and operations banners (Franchisee prints locally)
- Food and drinks sourcing support
- Filtering of food vendors for best brand match
- Curating food menu for first event
- Designing digital and physical flyer for food menu
- Digital promotion for food menu on first event
- Online pre-orders tickets add ons for food menu on first event.
- Curating Cocktails menu for first event. Alcoholic and non alcoholic
- Designing digital and physical flyer for drinks menu
- Digital promotion for drinks menu on first event
- Game Coordination Support for First Event
- 500 person tournament play system and training
- Mobile app setup for tournament tracking (Franchisee pays subscription)
- Medals purchase for event (Franchisee pays)
- Volleyballs purchase for event (Franchisee pays)
