Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker

Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm or until done.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product condition for accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and staging
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support efficient operations
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory to supervisors
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance standards

Qualifications:

• 2 years previous order picking experience
• Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and work orders
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
