Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate - Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate diligence, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Packer
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay Range: $18.00/hr
Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
Complete warehouse tasks including sorting, packing, inspecting, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
Compare and reconcile system inventory levels against physical stock counts.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Receive and fulfill inventory orders for customers accurately and promptly.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, encouraging team adherence to safety standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
Ability to lift occasional loads up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
