They use focus groups, document UX decisions, assess solutions, and present findings via formal reports. Tasks of the role: Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods Perform usability testing Use tools like Qualtrics, User Zoom, Validity Collaborate with design and development teams Present research findings Must have skills: 3-5 years as UX Researcher UX Knowledge Qualtrics and Figma Advanced/Upper English Soft skills: Experience in large corporations Good communication Strong visual presentation skills Experience: 3-5 years of experiences Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $36.36 - $36.36/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select.
