Primary Responsibility / Summary Drives bobtail truck or van as assigned to deliver and collect goods. Hours are from 10 a.m.- 6:30 p.m. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Regularly inspects vehicle and fills out daily inspection forms. Complies with company safety procedures and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations. Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor. Loads, secures and unloads goods. Completes assigned route efficiently. Ensures all related paperwork is filled out correctly. Presents friendly, cooperative attitude at all times; is well-groomed at all times. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner Must have a valid California driver's license. Driving records must meet the requirements of company's insurance carrier. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Education & Experience 1-2 years of class C driving experience. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Ability to work moderate supervision.
