Facility: Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital

RN for SNF: Floating required, every other weekend minimum, no call. Epic experience is not required for SNF. Travelers must 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve. 

Requirements: 
• A minimum of 1 year of experience 
• Prior travel is NOT required, but preferred 
• NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offers 

Additional Information: 
• IVS to OFFER
• Monday to Sunday 
• Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday 
• No block schedules for any reason 
• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained 
• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
