Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator - 2nd shift to join their dynamic team. As a Textile Machine Operator - 2nd shift, you will be an essential part of the production department, supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Textile Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $17.55-$18.55

Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to produce high-quality fabric products
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in setup and changeover of machines as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Previous experience operating textile or manufacturing machinery is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Willingness to participate in a training program lasting 4-6 weeks
