About the Role
We are hiring Support Specialists to provide customer and administrative support to our growing team. This is an entry-level position — no prior experience is required. We provide all training necessary for you to succeed.
🔹 ResponsibilitiesProvide basic support to customers via phone, email, or chat
Record and track customer interactions in company systems
Assist with administrative tasks and data entry
Escalate issues to senior staff when needed
Follow company policies and maintain professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable internet connection (for remote work option)
No prior experience needed — full training provided
