Title: Technical Recruiter
Duration: 9-11 month contract w/extensions
Pay Rate: $37/hr
Location: Onsite 5x per week Mon-Friday in Seattle, WA - Herndon, VA - Washington DC
Requirements:
-ideally 4+ years technical recruiting experience at large enterprise companies equivalent to
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
Desired Skills
-Experience utilizing Beamery, Hirtual, iCIMS
-Experience sourcing or recruiting for Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Netflix or Astra, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, SpaceX, Blue Origin.
