“NOTE: If selected for this position, you are required to perform ALL work within a commutable distance of your assigned Worksite Location. Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote”

Technical Program Manager for Culver City, CA for a 12-month Contract with possible extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects as a technical Program Manager
• Design and implement a standardized taxonomy across teams within a line of business
• Align metadata structures with business processes and reporting needs
• Document data definitions, hierarchies, and usage protocols for cross-team consistency
• Drive the development and optimization of a cloud-based data warehouse in collaboration with data warehousing team
• Collaborate with data engineers to build and maintain robust pipelines (ETL/ELT) connecting platforms such as Airtable, Aspera, Jira, and Zendesk.
• Ensure data is properly normalized, deduplicated, and accessible for analytics
• Deliver clean, reliable dashboards and ad hoc reports for finance, production, legal, operations, and other internal teams
• Translate raw data into narratives that support operational planning and strategic forecasting
• Support the development of self-serve reporting capabilities using tools like Tableau, Datahaiku and custom reporting tools
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and validate data needs
• Provide expertise on how best to leverage data across business operations and vendor-facing systems
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data clarity, trust, and usability across the organization

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager
• Media and/or Entertainment experience is mandatory
• Experience with Datawarehousing
• Experience establishing a unified data taxonomy, and streamline data flow across systems
• Strong experience building build pipelines (ETL/ELT)
• Experience with reporting and analytics, Tableau, Datahaiku and custom reporting tools
• Ability to bridge technical expertise and business needs to deliver clear, actionable insights.
