About the Role:

This position will play a key role in supporting the build-out of our client's Civil Division across Canada , with a particular focus on Civil East projects . You’ll be joining at an exciting time of expansion and contributing directly to our national growth strategy.

Growth! This is a newly created position added to support the continued expansion of the Canada Talent Acquisition team.

Location:
This role is based in our downtown Montreal office with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite) . Any flexibility in this schedule will be at the discretion of the hiring manager post-hire .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience , including at least 2 years leading full-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational and emerging project management skills , with a demonstrated ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to influence decisions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Passion for and experience with diversity recruitment initiatives .
• A collaborative, self-starting mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed .
• Skilled at filling hard-to-fill roles and managing high-volume recruitment needs.
• Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines and communities .
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering , or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Previous agency recruitment experience is a plus.
