This Part‑time position offers the opportunity to lead and create memorable experiences for children in a fun and energetic environment. OTA Camp Directors will be leading one day, school day off camps and winter break camps. Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily camp activities and schedules Supervise and lead a team of camp counselors Ensure the safety and well‑being of all campers Communicate with parents and provide excellent customer service Manage camp logistics and inventory Requirements: Up to 3 years experience working with children in a camp or educational setting Strong leadership and communication skills CPR/First Aid certification required Passion for creating a positive and inclusive camp environment Ability to pass a background check Teacher’s License Preferred About Us: Overtime Athletics DMV has been providing high‑quality sports and enrichment programs for children in the Reston area for over 10 years.
