Role Overview

As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with classroom teachers to support students’ learning and development.

Assignments may include:
- Working 1-on-1 with students who have special needs
- Supporting small groups of students in inclusive or resource classrooms
- Assisting teachers with classroom management, lesson activities, and student engagement

You’ll be a crucial part of helping every child reach their potential — especially those who benefit from extra support.

Pay & Benefits
- $120–$170 per day, depending on assignment
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (every Friday)
- W-2 employee (we handle all taxes)

Paraprofessional Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)

• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus

• High school diploma required; some college or related coursework preferred

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Teaching or paraprofessional certification is helpful but not required
