KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and manage equipment and set required to produce studio shows, live streams, and video content in Haymaker Studios.Ensure all equipment is functioning properly for all scheduled shoots.Troubleshoot technical issues promptly before or during live and recorded sessions.Set up and manage equipment on remote shoots and live streams that are produced by Haymaker Media.Oversee the recording of shows, conducting sound checks, monitoring audio levels, technical directing, and making necessary real-time adjustments.Oversee the editing and post-production processes to deliver compelling and visually appealing video content.Delivery of all projects in accordance with the deadlines assigned by the Lead Studio Content Producer.Collaborate with content creators to help execute any shoot that is scheduled in Haymaker Studios.Editing other videos that Haymaker produces such as long-form or short-form pieces for YouTube or social media.Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends.Ensure effective storage, cloud uploads, backup of audio files, and sharing of files with clients.Contribute creative ideas to enhance show content and format.QUALIFICATIONS: Strong understanding of the production process from pre-production through post-production, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere) and experience with recording equipment and studio technology.Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of video content.Familiarity and understanding of the DFW sports landscape.Proficiency in video production equipment and software, including camera operation, video editing, and post-production tools.Excellent project and time management with organizational skills to manage multiple video projects.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during productions.Familiarity with content management systems and an understanding of best practices for content distribution across multiple platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Ability to create high quality digital art is considered a tremendous asset. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree in Television or Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a show and features producer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere).Experience with recording equipment, studio technology, and live streaming software such as VMix, Tricaster, or BlackMagic Design.
