Specialist, Trade Compliance - US Duty Management (Contract)

Entegris is seeking a Specialist, Trade Compliance – US Duty Management to add to our growing team at our Headquarters in Billerica, MA. This position is an open-ended contract role.
Responsibilities:

• Verify materials to create certificates of origin
• Verify materials for Free Trade Agreement eligibility and create certificates
• Support duty drawback programs for analysis, import and export documentation
• Assist in investigating new duty drawback opportunities or other duty savings initiatives
• Support with master data updates around HTS codes and country of origin in SAP
  

What We Seek:

• 2+ years’ experience in Global Trade Compliance preferred
• Strong working knowledge & experience with U.S. Customs audit practices, policies, & procedures
• Duty drawback experience
• Free Trade Agreement experience
• Experience with import and export documentation & activities
• Knowledge of SAP, Excel, & basic report building
• Flexible and calm under pressure
• Creative approach to solving problems
• Ability to work carefully and accurately, paying close attention to details.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
