Soccer Shots is a leading childrens soccer program serving thousands of kids ages 28 in Philadelphia. Our mission is to build confidence, character, and soccer skills through fun, age-appropriate sessions. Were passionate about making a positive difference in kids lives and the communities we serve.

The Role You Play: As a Soccer Shots Intern, youll play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our programs while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas, including:
- Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create engaging email campaigns, assist with Google Ads, and help improve SEO
- Sales: Support the sales team with outreach and bringing in new program sites
- Coach Management: Help recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate coaches, plus assist with event planning
- Coaching: Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, using our expert curriculum
- Community Impact: Be a positive role model and make a lasting impression on hundreds of kids

Who we're looking for:

- No prior coaching or sports experience requiredtraining provided!
Additional Info
- Paid internship, approx. 25 - 40 hours per week + tuition reimbursement (if enrolled on an internship program through your school)
- Background checks and child safety clearances required after hire
- Administrative work is done remotely, and you're expected to drive to scheduled soccer sessions at multiple locations throughout the fall.
