We are looking for a Small Engine Repair Technician to support our operations in road, highway, and bridge construction. Position: Small Engine Repair Technician Location: Waukesha, WI Job type: Full-time Responsibilities Inspect, service, and perform routine engine maintenance. Identify mechanical, electrical, and fuel system problems and make necessary repairs. Repair or replace broken and defective parts. Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a shop manufacturing environment. Capable of tolerating variable weather conditions and dusty environments. Self-directed, motivated, with good communication skills and teamwork. Hours Monday–Friday, 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, with possible overtime and some Saturdays.
