Senior Project Manager Can you set a clear direction for large global projects from start to finish for French media groups? Welcome to an international and collaborative team Joining our Professional Services department either mainly remotely from France, or at one of our offices either in Hamburg, Aarhus or Copenhagen, you will become part of an international team and company. We are responsible for handling our many projects implementing editorial platforms for large media houses across the globe. Collaborating with colleagues from all areas of our organization, we work cross-functionally in an international setting – with sales, product, and development departments as close partners. Manage complex IT projects with many stakeholders You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have started implementing new strategies across our organization. A part of this endeavor is to implement a more commercial mindset into our project management, and this is where you come in. As Senior Project Manager, you will typically be heading a couple of projects at a time, setting a clear direction and ensuring that the commercial aspects of our strategies are always top-of-mind. You will be handling all aspects of the project lifecycle from project start to delivery. This includes: Handling scope, work-break-down, estimation/budget, timeline, staffing, and risk management Driving customer meetings at project management level as well as at steering committee level Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders Working closely with our consultancy departments to set the right team for your projects Collaborating with other departments who also contribute to the project delivery Experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a commercial mindset You are known for your straightforward manner as well as your ability to set a clear direction, always thinking and planning ahead. You also know how to navigate an ever-changing environment, and with your solid communication skills, you navigate between stakeholders at all levels of the organization without difficulty. Also, you are not afraid to take the lead, but at the same time, you are responsive to your team and see value in sharing knowledge with your colleagues. Moreover, we expect you to: Have 5+ years of project management experience, having delivered successful large IT projects Master the project management discipline in all facets, ideally having a certification such as PRINCE2, IPMA or PMI Bring a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration Know how to build solid professional relationships and have experience with international stakeholder management Have an understanding of what it means to manage projects within the realm of IT, understanding the link between technology, organization, and finance Have French as native language is a requirement in combination with speaking and writing English effortlessly Ability to communicate in German is an advantage, but not a requirement Help us empower storytellers across the globe Stibo DX is the global leader in digital transformation for media enterprises.
