With a robust portfolio of successful projects across various sectors and a proven track record, we consistently deliver high-quality results, helping organizations enhance performance and security while embracing the future of technology.Location: Washington, D.C., Kansas Or RemoteContingent Upon AwardKey Responsibilities:Conduct enterprise-wide security risk assessments and vulnerability scans.Lead the development and maintenance of security documentation, including System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with VA TRM standards, Zero Trust principles, and security control assessments (SCAs).Coordinate with architects, developers, and program managers to integrate security into design, coding, testing, and deployment.Provide security awareness, training, and mentoring to junior analysts.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field.8+ years of experience in IT security with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.Expert knowledge of NIST, FISMA, FIPS 140-2/3, HIPAA, and federal IT security standards.Active CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience working with Cerner (Oracle Health) electronic health record solutions and prior involvement with the VA Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program is strongly preferred. Deliverables:The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver System Security Plans (SSPs) and associated documentation.The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver Risk Assessment Reports documenting identified vulnerabilities and mitigations.The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver updated Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms).The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver Security Control Assessment (SCA) reports validating compliance with VA and NIST standards.The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver Incident Response Reports including corrective actions and remediation steps.The Senior Information Security Analyst shall deliver security training and awareness materials for VA stakeholders.Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust / Moderate Risk clearance.Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Short Term Disability, Standard Basic Life Insurance and PTO.EEO StatementiCallidus is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
