What You’ll Do

• Standardize and optimize power distribution, PLC/HMI platforms, and OT networks company-wide.
• Scout and integrate emerging technologies that slash energy costs and elevate product quality.
• Partner with R&D on new product lines and next-generation process tech.
• Lead capital projects from business case through commissioning, ensuring NFPA, FM Global, and ISA compliance.
• Coach, supervise, and inspire the electrical/controls engineering bench.

What You Bring

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. a plus).
• 3+ years in electrical process-controls engineering; experience in heavy-industry settings (mining, pyro processing, cement, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Mastery of Allen-Bradley PLCs, AVEVA/Wonderware HMIs, and Cisco/Allen-Bradley OT networking .
• Hands-on electrical design/drafting skills and a solid capital-project track record.
• Clear, confident communicator who can rally cross-functional teams and present to executives.

Practical Details

• Location: Ste. Genevieve, Missouri – relocation assistance provided.
• Travel: Limited regional travel to sister sites.
