KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management to join our Advisory Services practice. Responsibilities Effectively deliver the complete lifecycle of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services including; strategy, organizational design, process re-engineering and technology implementation. Facilitate design and development of IAM solutions (Access Management, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management) that enforce applicable organization security policies and access management requirements Contribute to the build, configuration, and architecture of one or more Identity & Access Management platforms, such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, EntraID. Articulate and communicate business risks and technical concepts to client personnel Mentor junior staff through various projects and internal initiatives. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience with Information Security or in a technology related field Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience Experience with Active Directory and/or other LDAP directories, Microsoft Windows Server administration and/or Linux/Unix System administration Strong understanding and experience with the implementation and functionality of Privileged Access and Account Management systems and controls Experience implementing at least one of the following PAM solutions – CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic Ability to confidently articulate business risks and technical challenges to client personnel Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, work in a fast paced, results driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute at a rapid pace Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
