Screen Printing Operator

We are a dynamic and growing company offering a full range of printing services including screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film (DTF) printing, engraving, stickers, signage, and more. We specialize in high-quality custom print solutions designed to elevate our clients’ image and message with precision and flair.

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel and products.

• Read and interpret work orders for screen printing jobs
• Design screen patterns according to customer specifications
• Select and prepare screens, inks, emulsions, and materials
• Load and align screens onto the press machine
• Calibrate screen printing machines before production runs
• Operate machines and monitor quality during production
• Troubleshoot printing issues as needed
• Dry, fold, and package finished products
• Clean equipment and workstations after each job

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in screen printing (required)
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working with inks, chemicals, and manual machinery
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
• Fast learner, reliable, and accurate with data recording
• Ability to recall and interpret abbreviations/job codes
