Job Description

Salary: $82,400 - 103,000 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• I have over 5 years of experience in SAP security administration, with a focus on GRC Access Control.
• I possess a strong understanding of various SAP modules (e.g., AB1, ARP, AWP) and system landscapes.
• I am familiar with compliance frameworks like SOX and internal audit procedures.
• I am proficient in tools such as SAP GRC, JIRA, and SNOW.
• I demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• I have obtained SAP GRC certification.
• I have experience in leading cross-functional training as well as change management initiatives.
• I am knowledgeable about automation and workflow optimization in SAP environments.

• I manage and oversee SAP access control processes utilizing GRC Access Request Management (ARM) workflows.
• I supervise the complete SAP access request lifecycle, which includes role assignment, approvals, and compliance assessments.
• I serve as the main point of contact for SAP security audits and SOX compliance, ensuring prompt resolution of any deficiencies (e.g., ACCESS_02 unauthorized provisioning).
• I lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP access request automation and policy compliance efforts.
• I collaborate with line managers, role owners, and risk owners to ensure well-informed and compliant access decisions.
• I maintain and revise SAP role definitions, ensuring that sensitive roles are assigned and reviewed appropriately.
• I provide training and support to approvers and end users regarding SAP access policies and tools.
• I monitor license allocations and coordinate the cleanup of unused or terminated accounts.
• I assist with escalations and troubleshooting related to SAP access challenges, including integration with tools like JIRA and SNOW.
