Job Description

• Define and implement QA strategy and test plans for Salesforce features, integrations, and data migrations (if needed).
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, integration, UAT, and non functional testing.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders, capture feedback, and verify acceptance criteria.
• Triage, document, and track defects; work closely with admins, developers, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Validate end to end data integrity after migrations and sandbox refreshes, support test data management.
• Run release validation and deployment verification across sandboxes and production; participate in release readiness and post release retrospectives.
• Contribute to test automation strategy, and quality gates for deployments.
• Maintain QA documentation and build/reinforce testing runbooks and best practices.
