Now, we are on the search for a captivating, growth-minded, and creative Sales Trainer to join our ever-expanding Sales team. Based in the Kansas City metro area, we offer the best of both worlds: the growth of a global company with the close-knit culture of a local business.
As Sunlighten's Sales Trainer, you will work alongside our Sales Training Manager to develop, facilitate, and deliver training content/materials to new hires and existing employees across the US and the UK for ongoing education. You would also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of these trainings and deliver follow-up sessions to our sales team. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales reps to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity. Ultimately, you will help increase the overall profitability, growth, and performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the necessary skills to achieve their goals.
