We are seeking an Inside Sales Reps (BILINGUAL English/Spanish) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manages sales and purchasing transactions.
• Prepares and sends sales quotes to our customers and follows up to receive their purchase orders. Must be comfortable performing multiple sales quotes and contacting overseas suppliers and customers.
• Order processing: receive and confirm purchase orders from customers, review quantities and pricing. Process multiple purchase orders daily and update them to reflect changes in shipment status and actual quantities in transit.
• Handles customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally via email and phone to maintain good customer relations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a strong relationship with customers and suppliers and works hand in hand with team members from other departments such as Logistics, Quality Control and Accounting.
• Maintains knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring company compliance with these regulations and keeping abreast of industry standards.
• Performs related duties as required.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. (Awareness of urgency)
