Morris Ford, a family-owned dealership proudly serving the Capital Region for over 50 years, is

excited to announcearare and special opening on our team. Due to the upcoming retirement

of one of our long-tenured sales managers, we are looking foradedicated and passionate

individual to step into this key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a customer-focused and results-driven culture.


• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensureaseamless customer experience from initial

inquiry to vehicle delivery.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to drive sales campaigns and enhance our online and

local presence.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their

expectations exceeded.

• Supervise the New Inventory


• Be able to Assist with the BDC


• Back up FI if needed

• Proven experience in automotive sales and management.


• A leader with a customer-first mindset and a passion for the automotive industry.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivateateam.

Compensation: Salary $85K - 115K year
