Job Description
One of Insight Global's largest Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) clients in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking a Business Office Manager to join their team in Reading, PA. This person will manage a team of 25 employees in the three areas of medical records registration, verification of benefits, and billing and scheduling.
Day-to-day of this position will be mostly desk work, managing this team and overseeing general processes of patient accounting, registration, and authorizations. The ideal candidate will come from a provider background (hospital preferred) and will have strong experience in authorizations, payor contracts, and billing processes.
This person's team will be spread across the 5 locations in the Reading area (2 surgery centers and 3 outpatient physical therapy facilities). This role requires a strong leader with stellar organization and communication skills.
