APPRISE ( is a public policy research organization in Princeton, New Jersey, focusing on Energy Efficiency and Energy Affordability Research and Evaluation. 

Our Survey Research Staff is dedicated to gathering data that is integral to our research projects. With a focus on accuracy and methodological rigor, this team conducts surveys that capture critical information to ensure that our research is grounded in reliable data.

We currently have an opening on our survey research team for a full time, in office, Research Assistant position available. 

Salary : $38,688/yr

Responsibilities

• Conducting telephone interviews related to energy research.
• Using internet resources to research businesses.
• Preparing write-ups of findings.
• Preparing survey mailings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong internet skills.
• Good phone manner.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Attention to detail
• English Proficiency

Work hours – [Full Time - 40 hours] The typical work week is Monday to Friday, with some periodic Saturday hours. At times there will be some work hours required in the early evening and on Saturdays. To compensate, your weekday daytime hours will be reduced, so that you work no more than a 40 hour work week.
