This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Industry: Tobacco Distribution Schedule: Monday - Friday (Exempt) Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually PLUS Quarterly bonus program *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualifications: 5 years of outside/B2B sales experience, within the tobacco, distribution, alcohol, or beverage industries, with a focus on regional independent, chain, and distributor accounts. Good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) experience. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the United States. Valid Driver’s License required. As a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager you will: Play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious regional Independent, Chain, and Distributor accounts acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Identify new Independent, Chain, and Distributor accounts through research, referrals, and other trade activities. Contact and establish agreements with decision makers at assigned accounts to meet Company and Personal sales goal objectives. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on new and existing assigned accounts. Participate in company tradeshows and assist in planning and supporting them. Plan for weekly and monthly calls, ensuring proper tools and resources. Make account calls adhering to company call steps, recording conditions, and recapping work. Sell company product lines to Key Decision Makers to improve and optimize brand positioning. Maintain records and timely reporting of sales orders, distribution, and merchandising activities.
