Real Estate Operations Manager
We are hiring a Real Estate Operations Manager to serve as the central hub for our business. This role requires a confident, highly organized leader who can coordinate across departments, manage processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across acquisitions, property management, construction, and underwriting.
Serve as the primary communication hub between leadership, staff, contractors, and partners.
Ensure projects remain on schedule and on budget , with clear accountability.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and scalability.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Manage contracts, project documentation, and compliance requirements .
Support HR tasks including onboarding, vendor/contractor coordination, and training.
Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Buildertrend, or similar).
Provide input on financial planning, reporting, and resource allocation .
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in real estate operations, construction management, or property management .
Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
Assertive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Familiarity with real estate financials, underwriting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; project management tool experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
