QUALITY MANAGER

Our client medium sized US-based aerospace mfg company whose products are recognized globally as the best of their kind in the world. They are big enough to compete on the world stage, but they have a small company feel. They have a flat organizational structure which allows for improved collaboration, easier decision making and more effective top to bottom communications throughout the company. They have frequent workplace events to keep the work interesting and fun.
For this opportunity, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. However we are looking for a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on a quality role in the aviation industry, with at least 5 years of Quality Management experience. Experience with FAA regulations and AS9100 standards is also required, as well as experience working with a robust supplier quality program.
Starting base salary is up to $105K DOE. Relo assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US Work Visa.
