Base pay range $30.00/hr - $32.00/hr Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Fremont, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Duration: 2 years (estimated) Rate: $30 to #32/hr on W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support scheduling, meeting planning, and general project coordination activities in an engineering-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and plan large meetings, including setting up meeting rooms for design reviews Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formatting, Graphing), PowerPoint, Word, and Teams Utilize QuickBase and SharePoint (adding site content, editing views, checking permissions) Handle basic PC setup and troubleshooting for meeting support Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, with strong attention to detail Work independently and manage multiple priorities Adapt to changing schedules, resolve conflicts, and accommodate last-minute changes Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an engineering or technical work environment Familiarity with QuickBase and SharePoint Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime based on business needs Interview Process: First round: Virtual via Teams Second round: On-site panel interview Please connect with me at (609) 257-2872 or drop me your contact at anil.chamoli@russelltobin.com .
