Hybrid Schedule : In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday / Remote Wednesday & Friday
Driving Required: A valid driver's abstract will be needed

We're looking for a Project Controls Coordinator who thrives in a structured yet collaborative project environment. This role supports project execution teams with cost management, forecasting, budget analysis, scheduling, reporting, and earned value management-primarily using EcoSys.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyze and maintain project costs at the WBS level, including budgets, actuals, commitments, and forecasts
• Deliver accurate and timely cost reports to project teams
• Conduct earned value analysis to flag any potential forecast variances
• Own the monthly close process and reporting in both Excel and EcoSys
• Draft and document project change orders in line with PMO standards
• Partner with Project Managers to reforecast and review project costs
• Collaborate with Field Cost Analysts and other Controls team members
• Maintain a structured Work Breakdown Structure that supports project execution and financial reporting
• Provide guidance on invoice coding and work order management
• Stay up-to-date on scope, cost, and schedule changes by attending project meetings

What we're looking for:

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years in Project Controls or Project Management
• PMP certification is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• Strong understanding of earned value management
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a knack for data reconciliation and accuracy
