We are looking for a Project Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ridgeland MS.

Responsibilities

• Track send and respond to emails.
• Prepare miscellaneous paperwork and reports for submittal.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Manage files both paper and electronic.
• Assist with billing timekeeping and project engineering.
• Take meeting minutes and help with distribution.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties related to task or project documentation.
• Take direction from the Project Manager.
• Attend safety training as directed.
• Comply with all safety and company rules and regulations.
• Travel to and from the jobsite via personal vehicle or public transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
