📍 Location: Stanley, VA 22851
💵 Pay Rate: $18/hr
🕒 Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and preparing door products as they move through the production process.
Perform visual quality inspections on stacks of doors coming down the conveyor.
Repair newly identified and previously flagged defects to meet quality standards.
Restack doors that meet specifications and move pallets along the conveyor line.
Place non-repairable doors in the cull stack and complete reject documentation.
Operate jump tracks, straighten doors, and load door stacks into the paint booth.
Use tools such as: glue gun, palm sander, sanding block, wood chisel, putty knife, clamps, Bondo, hot melt glue, touch-up paint, and putty.
Assist in various stages of the production process as needed.
Ability to read and interpret work tickets and product specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect product defects.
Familiarity with sanding, planing, and general woodworking hand tools.
Skilled in using woodworking and craftsmanship tools for door repair.
Ability to manually lift, slide, and flip doors/materials up to 80 lbs .
Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and continuous standing.
Dexterity required for detailed repair and finishing work.
